Bidrage med feedbackI buy from people, not machines. It is sad, the cashiers have less personality and provide less customer service than their machines, at least you are thanked for your order. Seems customer service is being automated and the once proud, customer centric model McDonald's was built on is gone.
Guys who are doing Uber. These place has horrible service and the lady usually working the drive thru window every night is always rude.Also it took me 7 mins to get to pick up my u we pick up at 12:50am it was just a junior chicken and 1 poutine. She said it’s the last order of the night which is a lie and she said to wait extra 15 mins. Always do this at this location.McDonald’s Manager please correct this this is really wrong. Service should be better and there is none even at the drive thru so it’s not busy at all at this time.
Ordered buffalo chicken wrap gave bacon wrap. I ordered dip and asked them twice if they have added it to the order. No dip when i came home. Wirst customer
Today I Waited in the parking lot for my food for 30 minutes. They brought me 4 nuggets instead of the 6 I paid for. I ordered a large fry and brought out a medium fry, twice. The manager finally came out her name is Kuprt , who then started to argue with me that they made a human error inside and didn’t take my correct order. she stated that she will not give me my fries I ordered as the person messed up and put in medium instead of my large fries I ORDERED and that she will not give me something for free (insinuating I wanted free fries) I stated I would pay the extra for the large fry, I just what what I ordered and she said she wouldn’t help me if I wanted fries I would have to wait back in the line for the drive thru and re order new fries. She continued to scream at me in the parking lot. This is unacceptable behaviour from a manager. If human errors occur due to human error, because staff isn’t trained properly, a manager should be rectifying the situation and making the paying customer happy with the order they originally ordered. I will be reaching out to head office for the abuse I received today from Kuprt.
I would say the best service I ever have in Brampton. I don’t know the name of lady but she was super nice while taking the order on drive thru. No line , no wait .
