Harvey's - Brampton

This Harvey's location has been around for a while and it is very good. The service is great and the food is fresh and matches the quality you would expect from any Harvey's. Personally, I prefer the old chopped lettuce over the new lettuce leaves they now use. Additionally, I don't think adding sub toppings for burgers is necessary.

I paid for my order but received something completely different, which I did not even order. They mixed up my order with someone else's and refused to correct their mistake. I called to try and resolve the issue but received no help. Do not order from this restaurant if you want to avoid the same problem. They do not offer refunds or exchanges for mixed up orders.

This poorly located restaurant relies on a touchscreen ordering system, which consistently gets my order wrong every time I visit. This time, when I tried to order a simple hotdog combo with cheese, onion rings, and a drink, they mistakenly added a chicken sandwich combo (even though I never mentioned chicken or selected it as an option). When I pointed out the mistake to the cashier, they even tried to charge me for the incorrect order. Overall, I will not be returning to this place.

I know his fast food is not gourmet. At least give what you ordered and paid. Gradually worked on her attention. Bad business if you ask me. Was an exclusion order. Paid for Angus Burger got original. Not cool.
