Order eat here often and seems like the employees are on glue these days. Made an order from Uber eats was missing one of my poutines, call the store and buddy tells me his staff made a mistake and I need to come pick up my other poutine (defeats the purpose of ordering off Uber eats). Food quality was also like my 3 yr old son made it. Highly dont recommend ordering from here. Judging by the other recent reviews seems to be a common occurrence with this location. We ordered two strawberry choco-dipped blizzards and a strawberry sundae with chocolate ice cream. When we got to the drive-thru window they said we had ordered the strawberry sundae with regular vanilla ice cream. Any DQ or fast food restaurant in general would simply make a new sundae as ordered. But the manager said they had already made a vanilla one and if we wanted a chocolate sundae we’d have to pay for both. Then we asked for a spoon the cashier showed nasty attitude for such a simple request. There is no need for the attitudes towards us from the cashier and manager. This is a simple customer service 101 issue. Service: 1

This place is by far the worst DQ ive ever been too. The staff seems to not care for any specific simple requests. On top of that they lie that they did what u asked for when it was done right infront of your eyes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wish I could give this place a zero star. Ordered my Salad on skip was sent the wrong item call the store only for a guy to be rude saying that's all he had and after I tried to explain if you don't have all the ingredients to make a meal refund the customer don't make it with whatever you have, he HANG up on me I call the store again asking if he really hang up in my hears and he did it again! He was very rude and disrespectful because I told him he should have refund instead of adding what he feels like!!!!! Never again! Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20
