Bidrage med feedbackI've lived in brampton for more than 10 years. I have visited too many Indian restaurants. most of them are good enough to go back for more. that was the first time that I wanted to pane palak at brar’s, 2669 bovaird dr. e. but they don't. So they offered me a replacement: saag. this is a cheaper version of a spinat meal without the wiper. it was extremely salty. the amount of sodium was unbearable. they have charged me $26 for a big part. an average size of malai kofta was not worth the $15. only the samosas were right, each with $1.25. 4 pieces gulab jamun, for $8, made a total of $61, for the most expensive Indian food I tried in brampton and one that I must forget. even smaller, poor looking restaurants serve better food for the half of the price. the first time and last.
Eating was so well special dal makhni leti and the main thing is place was nice clean and personal was good to
Had a very bad experience. I wanted to buy samosas and Indian sweets. the personal told me that they will charge an additional dollar for the paperbox or they will weigh it with the weight of sweets. the average price of...sweet at brars is 13,99 a pfund that is very expensive and moreover they are charged for the packaging. I asked them to give me the sweets in a brown bag they refused that it is our presentation and our administration has made rules to not give it in paper bag. they will also not give it in a regular plastic box. they force the customer to pay for their presentation. that is very bad customer service.
Do not go there, eating is really bad and the service too. overall it was a chaos, there were so many people it was so packed we waited 1 hour for the food and we got this chaos.
Been going to Brar for over a decade! Noticed a steady decline in both service and food quality over the past few visits. Today however was the worst visit of all! Got take out food from calling in to pick up to eating everything...was horrible! Specifically, the phone attendant seemed out to lunch when I called to place my order. Upon picking up the order, I was told that getting the carrot achar is now extra! Our order was over $70 and I was shocked to learn that simple salad and achar are now considered “extra”!!! Finally, the meal was disgusting...the dal makhani was watery, the chana masala was hard, the dosa was chewy and Sambar bland, the shahi paneer was missing the paneer and the chaat had some green stuff which resembled a watered down chutney! I’ve especially noticed that the Trinity Commons location is the worst offender of all. Sad to say, we won’t be going back to this family favourite anymore after being a loyal customer for over 10 years!
