Starbucks Coffee -  Brampton,

Solid Starbucks location. Service is good. There is no drive-thru, but I think this actually helps with overall quality of the drinks you receive. Finding parking is easy.

Ordered the only drink I get at any Starbucks. This is the only location that has ever told me that the drink cannot fit in the largest cup… the baristas solution was to make the drink without the cold foam that I paid an extra dollar for …. Instead of adding less oatmilk… the drink didn’t taste like white mocha at all so there was definitely too much milk. I order this drink all the time all around Ontario this is literally the only location to get it wrong ?

I went to redeem my free birthday drink, but unfortunately, the offer was not available on the app and the staff was quite unfriendly about it. This really put a damper on my birthday. It would have been nice if they had at least wished me a happy birthday or asked to see my ID, but they didn't do anything of the sort. The friendly baristas are usually the main reason I visit Starbucks, but on this occasion, they were very rude.

I recently had a disappointing experience at one of your Starbucks locations. While I understand that every business may encounter occasional issues, the lack of professionalism shown by the store manager was troubling. When I was trying to order lunch for my children, I was met with rudeness and even hung up on abruptly. Additionally, when I called back, the manager seemed to express frustration by aggressively placing the phone on the counter and asking if I had finished. This behavior is not in line with the excellent customer service I have come to expect from Starbucks. I believe this incident should be addressed by upper management to ensure it was an isolated incident and does not reflect poorly on the Starbucks brand. Thank you for your attention to this matter. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERI got a grande full of ice instead of actual coffee! And it wasn’t even full to the top!!Do you guys think people don’t work for their money?Im never going back here
