Martin's Road Fish - Braintree

Really great service and delicious fish and chips at this local chippy. the handy cannot be disturbed to cook at night.

The fish is freshly cooked to order in a beerbatter that is bright and golden. ordering via the phone as parking directly outside can be a problem. this is one of my favorite fish chip shops in the opposite.

I made a good assessment here. small fish and chip shop in a narrow street but excellent friendly service and beautiful chips etc. recommend the chicken bites, they are delicious. If we're ever in the opposite again, we'd definitely return.

Fish was ok, but the chips seemed to have been cooked a while before purchase and were almost cold. I'd heard that this was the best choppy in Halstead, but I was disappointed to have paid for two substandard meals
