Ruby Thai South Shore Plaza - Braintree

I feel like I was ripped off because of the small quantity I received for the price I paid. I was left hungry after finishing my entree with three sides.

I don't know why they call this Thai when it is basically Americanized Chinese food. Their pad Thai is basically lo mein and Thai food would never have boneless spareribs. I mean it's decent for mall food but it is not authentic Thai food.

I miss the old cooks!!! I’ve been going to this mall my whole life since I was little and before they turned it into Thai kitchen. It was the best spot in the mall now it’s all ruined. Rice is mushy. Meat has no taste. Everything is just disgusting now.

Easy location to access in food court. Staff is nice. Food is absolutely delicious! My favorite is the mango chicken. Good prices too!

Fast and friendly service, and surprisingly delicious food. Obviously not an authentic pick but it definitely hits the spot for mall food court asian . The mango chicken and bbq pork were very flavorful and fresh, and the green beans were crisp but tender. Rice wasn 't bad either. Definitely not bland food at all. Honestly not the worst deal for the amount of food you get.
