Dunkin' Donuts - Braintree

The girls in this Dunkin Donuts were super friendly and attentive to my order. I really appreciate exceptional customer service and they are examples of what that means. Thanks again girls! (Overnight on Friday 11/23) I ordered a coffee and a oat flakes to go.

My girlfriend and our friend visited this restaurant for lunch. I ordered a chocolate-glazed donut and a medium iced coffee. My girlfriend chose a medium iced coffee along with a bagel, while our friend enjoyed a bagel with cream cheese and a little hot chocolate on the side. The food was tasty, and the floors were clean. However, the parking lot is quite small and there's no drive-thru. On a positive note, there is a designated disabled parking space and an accessible entrance.

The service was excellent and the line moved quickly. Jackie took our order and was incredibly friendly. The other staff members were also very pleasant! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you for the sweet tea!

I had an amazing experience at Dünkin's. The staff member who served me was incredibly knowledgeable about the teas and even introduced me to some new options I didn't know they offered. The service was outstanding!
