Subway - Bragg Creek

I wanted to use a combo deal at this subway station and they said I should order online with the combo. I used it, and even then they didn't let me do it, because it apparently didn't show it on the recipe. The combo was a foot long with a free 20oz drink and 2 free cookies. They didn't give me my cookies or anything, and left me alone with my subway sandwich, even after the long and annoying process of online ordering.
