Ye Olde Bowling Green Inn

Really great job of the refurbishment. Looks so much better. Landlady was super friendly and enthusiastic. We will have to get over there to eat soon menu looks brilliant. Just great to see the place get some long overdue investment. Looking forward to sunny summer days in the beer garden!

Stayed on car park in motorhome. Pub was closed for refurbishment. Very quiet spot. Location: 1 Hotel highlights: Quiet

The chef could not sent us away with our big hunger. Despite they are not serving food today he made a very nice home cooked lasagne. Thanks for the good service and good food. Service: 5

Enjoyed a second Sunjay lunch yesterday sitting in the garden, beautiful views. We heard good reviews for their burger and club sandwich from some friends. Definitely want to try their extending menu. Recently taken over, so work in progress. New landlords are lovely and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this lovely local country pub! We stopped here for a Britstop and meal, its under new ownership and Darren, Dawn and the team made us and our dog really welcome the food is homemade freshly cooked and reasonably priced we enjoyed it so much so we stayed for a further 2 nights the Sunday roast was fantastic and we're already looking forward to returning soon Service: 5 Location: 4
