The food at this restaurant was cold and the customer service was terrible. The owners are dishonest and will cheat you out of your money. If you try to complain, you will be told to leave. This establishment is a disgrace to my culture and the other Pakistani restaurants in Bradford. Frangoz tarnishes the reputation of all of us. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
I placed an order at 5 PM for an 8:30 PM delivery, thinking there would be plenty of time for the restaurant to prepare. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive until over 2 hours past the scheduled delivery time. Despite calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer, I eventually had to go elsewhere for dinner. While the food itself was not terrible, the service was so poor that I will not be ordering from this restaurant again or recommending it to others. If they cannot handle the volume of orders, they should not accept them. It is important to keep customers informed of delays, as waiting over 2 hours past the expected delivery time is unacceptable. This was a disappointing experience and reflects poorly on the business as a whole.
The food came cold, substandard and the order was wrong. It came out very late and the staff were unwilling to help at all, they would not even apologise at the very least. Poor food, poor customer service, overpriced for what it is now I understand why it’s always empty.
The food arrived cold and the order was incorrect. The phone number goes unanswered, despite multiple attempts over a 40-minute period. Customer service was nonexistent.
