Bidrage med feedbackMy most resent experience was appalling, not only did they not get my order right after 3 attempts watiedn40 mins and the cashier did not wash her hands and was preparing the food, when I brought it to her attention she didn't even acknowledge it very dissicusted. Would not go there agaIn.
This location is very bright and clean. Always well kept. The food is standard PizzaPizza fare. They always have lots on hand for quick in and out orders. However the couple that either owns or manages this place are so rude it makes it hard to go there. No greetings, just blank stares until you engage. No pleasantries, just systematic questions. The part the gets under my skin the most, is they never say THANK YOU. It's a minor thing. But come on, the customers keep you open. Does it hurt to say thanks? Also handing someone their change and just walking away makes it awkward for everyone.
Good location. Very clean. Friendly service every time I go in.....we are there all the time!!!!! Never disappointed.
It's a solid representative for the chain. Their pizza is usually fresh in the display case as they move a lot of customers through the store. The staff is always very friendly with our kids, and they work hard to make things right with other customers who ask them to fix anything that was missed.
Ordered through the operator via phone - Saturday approx. 5pm - an $18.99 combo deal (2 med 2 toppings each, 2 dips, 6 pop, to kids tickets to Toronto Zoo), seemed like a good deal. Go to pick up the deal, and there's no Zoo tickets. Ask the lady at the counter and she asks someone in the back about it. Message gets relayed to us - all the tickets 'are in the delivery driver's car'. Call Customer Service when we get home, spend 30 minutes on the phone and on hold with a rep. Filled out the Customer Service complaint form through Pizza Pizza's website while on hold, as well as leaving them a discrete message through their Facebook site, rather than post it on their main page. Phone rep eventually tells us the deal isn't available in our area and it was 'while quantities last' (even though the print ad never mentioned it any area in it or that it was a limited time offer). They offer to drop off a pair of tickets with a delivery driver from another store for us. All we wanted was what we paid for and ordered, so fine, that works. An hour later, hear back from the Facebook agent, and pass the message along to them. Several hours later hear back from FB agent as well, asking if we had gotten the tickets yet? I let them know, not as of yet. That's later Saturday night.Monday 7 am., I send another message through the Facebook page, any status update regarding it? 11am - they offer to call me at home to discuss it, I tell them I'll be home after 4 pm. Still awaiting a phone call at 4:30. Still no tickets. Still no answer / email / phone call from Customer Service from their website.Don't understand how an order operator can confirm tickets will be available in our area (after specifically asking her before finalizing the order), the store not have them, then be told by Customer Service the tickets were never available in the area and the counter staff blatantly lied to our faces, and Customer Service 2 days later can't rectify the situation? The only reason I gave it 2 stars was at least the remainder of the order was correct and the food was hot and the drinks were cold, but the entire experience has set me against ordering anything from Pizza Pizza again, and I'm a former employee (delivery driver and front of store staff / cook). Their service levels have dropped substantially since my time there, apparently. Personal note: Take your business to Domino's in town - all the times I've ordered from them, never an issue of any kind, the prices are better, and they offer me coupons at the door as a thank you for ordering from them.
