Got home and realized they changed my entire order, double charged me. Called back to rectify the situation only to be told, if I wanted their mistake rectified I would have to pay again. This was the second time the same guy did this. Won't belittle them in any way but I will never return to this place. Ignorant over the phone, no thanks. I'll spend money elsewhere. Weren't these guys complaining recently about not having enough sales, and they are struggling.. maybe change your staff, might help a bit and stop being rude to customers.....
