Hero Certified Burgers - Bradford

I tried the vegetarian burger with a gluten-free bun at this restaurant and it was delicious. The staff was friendly, but I was bothered by the cold air coming in from the door, which made the restaurant chilly and made it hard to enjoy my meal. However, the staff did increase the heat to address the issue.

I have very limited choices at restaurants and often have to as a million questions. Not here walk I and everything is posted and it was all so fantastic. Loved the gravey and gluten free bun. Great staff and nice and clean place. I am defiantly going back. Yummy

I eat at hero burger all the time... In Toronto I have date. At this one twice and twice I have gotten sick and now I know why... The burgers are no refrigerated.....I know ....huh?... This is dangerous bacteria and microbes will grow at certain temperatures. How do I know this? They leave the kitchen door open when you goto the washroom where The washroom doors are left open so the washroom and food cross contaminate....Yikes. The burgers are dry, the fries are cold. Everything is over priced. I came in and the owner John made a comment why I do not visit more often. WhenI told him my concerns he got rude and offensive. Last October I noticed when I went by to goto another restaurant they had a conditional pass. From the health department...looks like someone reported them. Feel free to go there but you have been warned!!! I do mind pay for a quality product but I do not pay for it to make me sick.

Good burgers, but too expensive for a burger . Food quality was good. Service was more than acceptable. Just not a fan of the gourmet burger segment in general.

It starts from when we walk in with a greeting from staff that is very genuine and nice to hear. Our order was simple, we were offered some additional options that I had not been previously aware of and kindly explained. Food was fresh and hot and consistent. We'll be back for sure.
