Salt Pepper Cafe - Bradenton

Had high expectations only to be disappointed. My husband and I had the Mexican skillet, breakfast burrito half order of biscuits with sausage gravy (half order meant 1 biscuit and a bowl of the sausage gravy, there was so much gravy compared to the number of biscuits.)The food was simply not good. Prices are slightly high, which wouldn’t be too bad if the food was good but that’s not the case.Environment is mid. The outdoor seating used to be kept up with better with previous owners.Our waitress was nice and gave us good service. She’s added the 2nd star.

Great little breakfast place close to downtown Bradenton. The chicken is amazing, light and crispy ?However, the chicken and waffles with spicy syrup is worth the drive. Sit out on the cute patio (traffic noise is an issue) and enjoy your coffee and food OR sit inside and relax in their quaint atmosphere. Never a bad experience here, ENJOY!!

A very nice breakfast or lunch spot downtown. Plenty to parking up the street or around the corner. Indoor, outdoor, bar seating- take your pick. Lots of cool spaces in a uniquely decorated space. Nice menu with friendly and efficient service. Menu needs proofreading : My omleet (yup we very good, with roasted potatoes that were so tasty and served with tons of peppers and onions but too oily. Decaf Coffee was deep and rich.

This is a nasty place. I order migo go with oxtail and the migo go is not plantain. It is like brown rice and left over from other people put in a blender with everything in it ? including corn. It looks and taste terrible. It looks like dog food. BBB will receive a complaint from me. This place should be close by the giverment

Perfectly cooked eggs zero brown on them. Its so hard to find a place that doesn't over cook their eggs. Great find!
