Popeyes - Bradenton

This was my first time trying this place, and the food was honestly really good. It was really crunchy, and the flavors tasted like homemade cooking. They forgot my ranch, but that's just a downside of using Doordash. If you're looking for a spicy challenge, this might not be for you - the dishes are spicy, but not mouth-wateringly so. Nevertheless, they are really delicious.

The order was completely incorrect. There were no side sauces and one of the 6 piece chicken nuggets was missing its sauce entirely. I ordered sweet tea but received coke instead. The chicken tasted fine, but it was clear that it was not fresh. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since I spent $40 on the food. The only thing that was decent were the mashed potatoes, but it's hard to go wrong with potatoes.

I ordered the 5-piece Handcrafted Tenders Combo and was disappointed to find that the tenders were very dry and appeared to be extremely old. In addition, they forgot to include the dipping sauce I had requested. I do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again as I feel it was a waste of my money.

Chicken is juicy and the breading is delicious, the biscuits are very very dry, the Mac and cheese is way too small for the price but is good, no sauces though the meal was supposed to come with them. All in all 3/5, wouldn’t spend quite so much for it again.
