Outback Steakhouse - Bradenton

On a recent trip from orlando to neapel we were caught in a huge stow. we realized that we would never make it to eat home, so we stopped.

Brandie our server was really attentive and knowledgeable. she offered a great customer service and was fast. we enjoyed our meal and have them as server!

In recent years we have ordered from outback to quite regular basis. the steak was always on the spot and the other dishes were straight.

We came in to celebrate Valentine’s Day as a family, 2 out of the meals we had were cold. We sent them back and explained everything was cold. Then waited 25 minutes to come back with the same exact steak and cold again. The manager TRULY made the difference for us by apologizing and taking ownership of what had happen and we will definitely come back she was great and her name is Athena. Thank you for your awesome ownership and taking care of us

My brothers ordered take out this evening and were treated with most respect by the staff and manager. They allowed them to use both gift cards on one transaction as my one brother had a disability and couldn’t come into the establishment on his own to place a separate order. Thank you for your understanding and kindness. You truly made their day. The food was great too. Best, Trudy Hoekzema
