I had a bit of a mishap when I realized I had left my wallet behind and my Google Pay app wasn't working. The staff was incredibly understanding and even offered for me to come back the next day to settle my bill. The service was exceptional as always and the food never disappoints. The staff is friendly and you always get what you pay for. I will definitely be returning without hesitation.
Gaurav pays incredible attention to detail and provides excellent customer service, which elevates the Subway dining experience to a whole new level of amazement. It was a truly fantastic experience and I wouldn't go to any other Subway location.
I have visited this branch before in the past and have found their service substandard in comparison to other branches in the Berkshire area. I normally order a salad and its under par in terms of quantity and it is difficult to makr polite conversation with the staff. They came across as stand offish and miserable.However, my son and I went there today and were warmly greeted by two young ladies. They were so bubbly and there excellent customer service made a very welcome change so helpful and courteous. The portion size was much improved and my don said his BMT was the best he has ever had from there. As a consequence, we will be visiting again in the near future. Well done ladies for lifting our spurits and making our ecperience a much more positive one. Credit where credit is due!
