Pizza World - Bracknell Forest

I placed an order through Uber Eats with an estimated delivery time of 16:40 to 17:05. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive by 17:05, so I reached out for an update through the app. After receiving no response, I attempted to call the restaurant but the call kept disconnecting. Eventually, I decided to use my £20 Uber Eats voucher to order from a different restaurant instead.

I placed a last-minute order for pickup at this restaurant, only to have a door slammed in my face while talking to a staff member. When I finally received my pizza, it was uncut and nearly raw. The food was absolutely disgusting, and the staff's attitude made the experience even worse. I will never be coming back to this unpleasant place again.

My partner and I ordered from Pizza World and waited over an hour for our food to arrive. The quality was terrible, tasting like cardboard. The food arrived cold and flavorless. We spent over £30 on 3 items, which were worse than my dog's dinner. I will never order from this place again.

So I ordered a chicken donner and donner kebab with no salad just garlic sauce and some cheeky profiteroles with sauce. What I got was a stone cold kebab with salad the meat tasted burnt ad I had chicken shish not donner it was so vile I couldn't eat it and then those cheeky profiteroles were actually 8 mini chocolate covered doughnuts that were actually still frozen what a horrible experience

Shocking service I would avoid at all costs I ordered food for delivery waited 2 hours then the app changed to delivered, the food never arrived, I phoned to inform them of this and just kept getting told no delivery no drivers, so why didn’t they tell Just eat to change orders to collection only? I didn’t get my order but they still took my money, I have registered a complaint for money to be refunded but 2 days later I’m still waiting. Shocking service do not use
