Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Decided to check this outlet on my way to whistler and well definitely made a good decision. Loved the way the staff treats you and the food was well prepared. 5 star no brainer.

So unprofessional!!! No customer service skills and a guy who was on drive thru at 8 pm on 8feb (today) didn?t even respond to my question and behaved rudely. I just asked, Are these DQ coupons valid here and he asked debit or credit, no response on my question. And crispy chicken sandwich patty was hard like rock.

Drive thru took what felt like an eternity to get our order out to us. Triple Flamethrower burger came out smaller than expected. Then again, my head felt 50% better after scoffing it down so that's gotta be at least worth a few stars. Would I do it again? Probably not. Especially if I'd made better life choices the night before.

No walk-in service. Staff will ignore you if you try order inside. Not sure why they have the inside dining area and counters open, when staff clearly do not want service walk in patrons.
