Food was amazing but waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and then made to wait in the parking for 10 minutes. horrible customer service. Parking: about 8 spots allocated to gyg. I always order online and the order is always wrong! Sometimes, no guacamole or not ripe. You are not at the same standards as the other branches, if I have another one closer I would never comeback here. Extremely disappointed! Absolutely appalling customer service not only by staff but also managers. Argue back when you tell them that the order is wrong. Will not fill the sauce tubs up to the top and you get two drops in it. When you ask them to fill it up they just argue back with you and not do it. The sauces are literally free so I don’t understand what the problem is. They either need to start charging for the sauces, or just learn how to fill a tub properly and stop being so stingy.
