Bill's Pizza & Restaurant - Bracebridge

I have never been treated so rudely for something I am paying for. I was a regular customer for almost 3 years and now I will never step foot in there...

Took our five kids there for dinner. Had fish and chips, chicken burgers, and panzerotti. Had intended to go to Momma's Fish Chips but it was closed. Came across Bill's and decided to support an independent restaurant. Good service. Lots of selection on the menu. Food came fairly quickly and was hot. Reasonable pricing. Haddock was delicious.

The kitchen staff was lovely. The pizza was hot and fresh. The waitress was courteous. But that’s where it ends. Wait times to take our order, bring out food, bring a box… were ridiculously long… and there was only 1 other family eating at the same time. The vegetable with the hot turkey sandwich felt like canned vegetables. Rice with the souvlaki was overcooked while the chicken and potatoes felt like a bucket of salt.Too bad I really wanted to like the place.

Best Pizza in Muskoka...great prices and larger pies than anywhere else.
