Trattoria Le Torri - BRACCIANO

After I was denied a table in an empty restaurant in the historical center because I was alone "we are full, bye I went down via claudia looking for lunch and found trattoria bar le torri. I asked if they would only serve one person on a Sunday. no problem! the personal even greeted me alone! I found most of the pasta dishes elsewhere were somewhat dirty and overcooked, but the fresh tiling with funghi (mushrooms) I ordered was amazing! it was perfectly seasoned, a bit spicy (as I like) and perfectly prepared al dente the cook came out and asked me if it was too piccante for my taste. I assured her it was perfect, and I ate the whole plate full! I also ordered the gamberoni (prawns) that were grilled to perfection with a beautiful char and not overcooked. they were mixed with digestive (mixed vegetables) auberginen, zucchini and red and yellow paprika served all caramelized and pleasant savory/sweet. the meal was wonderful, like the conversation with the owner and the staff. on the way back to my apartment the empty restaurant was still empty, but I was full and satisfied! do not let them be discouraged if they are denied the service in the ancient center. many are too expensive anyway. they simply turn the corner and find some cool people who will serve them, eating ital is famous for and will be friendly and friendly while this. only one note: if they are not in season, they simply let them know when they order, and I am sure that the cook will be their preference. this place has made my day!

We were greeted a little colder and the workers gave us the feeling that we need to eat quickly to do their shift. Nevertheless, eating was very good and the price was good. if they are good. need fast eating, they are at the right place!

We were not so hungry, so we did not complete very good price menu. we both took a segundi plati', which was ok but next time we take the menu that looked very attraktiw. good price, good wine, nice service.
