La Bistronomia - BRACCIANO

We decided to stop at this cute restaurant for lunch and Elena kindly introduced all the dishes she had that day and we got three dishes each €6 for vegetarian, €8 if you get meat). She was warm and so friendly, it felt like we were dining at someone's house. The asparagus lasagna, potato with chickpeas, anchovies sicilian style breaded with pinenuts and raisins) and eggplant lasagna were delicious. We also got a good wine from piedmont and a bonet a Piedmontese dessert). The bonet was the perfect end to a fantastic meal.

A nice discovery. Very interesting recipes, the orange loin and the anchovy meatballs are excellent. Even the desserts surprised me. I will definitely be back!

Elena is a versatile and talented cook. The Sunday brunch is excellent, full of flavours, excellent value for money, in a family and refined atmosphere. Highly recommended after a visit to Tuscia and Lake Bracciano, dominated by an imposing and beautiful castle, which can be visited.
