I go in and ask for a spritz at the register. Without appetizers, specifically, just the drink. They ask me 6 euros. A little expensive for a provincial bar, but oh well, my fault for not asking the price first. Meanwhile the bartender takes a glass and fills it TO THE BRIM with ice. I ask you please, in a formal manner, to remove all that ice, I would like to drink something. He replies: Look, tell me how much you want us to do first. Okay, that 's how it went tonight, never mind, but at least I can warn those who don 't like being ripped off by the usual smart guys to stay away.

Appoling staff behavoir and confused service. Took more than 20 minutes and a few attempts before we could get just two cappuccinos to our table with no other customer. Total confusion. Was then laught at and ridiculed by the whole staff inside at the till for not letting the waitress walk away with my credit card to the till from outdoor. Point is that as much the bar requested to be paid upfront for the order, as if not trusting any customer for few euros an order could be worth, then no customer should ever feel safe to hand over to some waiter a personal credit card and let the waiter walk off with it to the till. No one should think it's right, for respect of customer and safety no bar should allow such practice to occur, no bar should ridicule a customer specially when simply following common sense and lessons learned. Appoling. Please avoid.
