Naked Noodle - Bozeman

Disappointing experience. The Singaporean and Lo Mein noodles were both drowned in a thin, watery sauce that failed to coat the noodles. It seemed like they either needed to cook the dish longer to evaporate the excess liquid or add a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up. Despite the delicious flavors and nice toppings, the dish fell short and resembled something a novice college roommate might attempt to make.

I've noticed many reviews mentioning that this restaurant is expensive, but I think it's on par with most places. I've only tried the pad thai a few times, and it was consistently exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, the decor is charming, and overall, it's definitely worth a visit.

Located just a short walk from the busy downtown area, I enjoyed a lovely lunch with a variety of options for the whole family. The complimentary extra toppings added a fun touch to the meal. It was clear that this restaurant is popular among college students. Children were assisting at the register and cleaning tables, which was nice to see. Overall, it was a pleasant experience dining at this establishment.

The lady who worked the register was very friendly, and eating was fast and absolutely delicious. all nudels at the walls are of different animals, the bowls of noodles to every day objects (grinding, hair, finishing line, etc). replaced by a nudel and it really adds the appeal of a cute noodle shop. I only wish I lived closer or visited the opposite, so we would have searched for more possibilities there!

Got pretty ill with food poisoning after eating here (our whole group got the same type of sickness at the same time so we’re pretty sure it was food poisoning), and after calling to ask for a refund we were directed to an email address to send a report to. Haven’t heard back after a month…the person working the register was super kind though so definitely props to her.
