Bidrage med feedbackI booked for my wedding reception, we went with bbq chicken, brisket, mashed potato's, Mac and cheese and a salad. He charged us 600 extra dollars for cheese cake which we picked flavors for and another 200 for coffee, sugar and cups.He stated he has catered our venue before (Hart Ranch-coordinator said she had not seen his company before) he said he would be there for set up at 3 so dinner could be served at 5:15. Wedding party arrived at the venue at 4:45 and his truck pulled in not shortly after.....he came up to me (the bride) asking where he should set up...my uncle and aunt helped them set up for the buffet that was supposed to be ready to serve at this point.We quoted him 150 for dinner and at least 8-10 of our guests did not show up but he still ran out of food at table 13 out of 19...many guests said when they went through they were basically scraping the bottom to get food or there was only buns and lettuce left. He was making things in his food truck that was supposed to already be made ahead of time. 3 tables got raw chicken which was really concerning due to multiple pregnant guests at our wedding.Cheesecake did not get set out until an hour after the dance started and a lot of it went to waste as well as many were not the flavors we picked outMany of our guests ended up leaving early to go eat , the last 4 tables had to wait an extra 40-60 min after dinner should have been serve because he was bringing out small potions of everything he ran out of . Keep in mind we had most of our guest traveling over 6 hours to be there and celebrate with us....and this is the service we provided them for our wedding ...it was so embarrassingHe never apologized, reached out the next day to explain what happened or anything. I did email him the next day going through what I was disappointed with but he never responded (he never took longer than a day to respond back when corresponding in the past)Our day was so great and it sucks to have a sick feeling about the whole situation because he couldn't follow through. He makes you pay everything (including gratuity) ahead of time and it just felt super unprofessional how he delivered the service.
Ryan and his crew did an INCREDIBLE job catering our wedding!We got the brisket w/ cherry demi glaze, rosemary lemon chicken thigh, garlic mashed potatoes seasoned veggies and it was AMAZING! We, as well as our guests LOVED the food!His prices are great, too!

We used Ryan for our wedding and had an incredibly disappointing experience.... To start he was 2 hours late to the venue... He ran out of food half way though our event... He started serving raw chicken after he ran out of food halfway through the event... He was extremely rude to our host couple when they were just checking in on the status of the food to feed our guest... After all of this he just left the venue and we have not heard a word from him. We reached out to Ryan the following day explaining what we had heard from our guests and asking for an explanation. He never responded to our email. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else...
