Panera Bread - Boynton Beach

In a world of indifference and bad customer service Nya is a breath of fresh air. She greets customers with a smile and I watched her be extra kind to two elderly ladies this morning. Kindness is free and Nya is an asset to Panera!

I want to thank the dark haired manager who approached me with such a courteous greeting by asking me if I was with a service dog. Her very next sentence was Your dog is not allowed to be here . Her poor attitude and approach just ensured that neitherI, nor my dog will never come here again. Nice job!

First time back to Panera Bread in years Ordered new Spicy Chicken Sandwich came with an apple. Before i left the parking lot had to go back apple was so old should have never been placed in the bag. The girl behind the counter didnt have a care in theworld just handed me another apple. Glad i checked before i drove away. No consideration what so ever. Definitely not worth$13.00 for just a small chicken sandwhich not even organic. Chic Fillet would be far better at half the price and have a morefriendly, courteous , attentative service.

Had my Mediterranean Veggie sandwich I love. But that day, they had no lettuce. Glad they take food safety seriously. My sister didn't get her salad though

I?m in the parking lot writing this review .. Nick you rock and the rest of the staff there!! I dropped my flash drive at the restaurant and didn?t realize until the next night .. when to the location and Nick moved tables , moved cushions off thebenches to help me look ! We found my flash drive safe and sound !! Thanks so much #youguysrock
