Bidrage med feedbackI highly recommend avoiding the drive-thru at this restaurant. They consistently get orders wrong, seemingly on purpose. For example, I ordered an egg and sausage biscuit with an added slice of cheese, but received an egg McMuffin with bacon instead. What kind of mix-up is that? It feels like either a lack of attention or deliberate mistakes. This is the third time I've visited, and each time they've messed something up. I won’t be returning. Good luck, folks.
The restaurant does not have a self-service drink station, but the staff is very friendly. The music is a bit loud, and there's only one available outlet to charge your phone. I noticed a constant beeping noise coming from the kitchen. However, the self-order kiosks and the display showing the current orders make the ordering process quite easy. The decor has a somewhat warehouse-chic vibe.
I stopped by this restaurant on my way home from work and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the chicken nuggets were just perfect. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I had hopes for this location. It 's nearby my house and on rare occasion I make poor choices and go through the drive thru. 90% of the time the employees are so rude, even though I 'm nice and ask how there are doing at the microphone. The fries are always cold. They often screw up my order. When I ask for no pickles on my burger I end up with pickles, and every time I order chicken nuggets I ask for honey and I specifically say can I please have honey not honey mustard. 9 times out of 10 I end up with either no sauce or honey mustard. A couple weeks ago I called to talk to the manager, the new person that 's being trained was very pleasant and the guy that was training him was the opposite and that yet again my order was messed up. The manager was even more rude than the employees. Pretty much nobody at this location takes any sort of pride in their work, if you don 't like your job go work somewhere else.
Waited in line to order at the one working kiosk. Waited 20 mins for food. This poor guy that wanted to pay with cash waited as long as I did to just to place an order. The manager told him he had to wait or use the kiosk. Then apparently someone she knew came in the lobby and she has time to talk to him back and forth. If you don?t care about customer service anymore. Just don?t have a lobby.
