Drinks are only made once a day, when they should be replaced every eight hours. The food is relabeled, making it difficult to know how old it really is. I've also noticed roaches crawling around the sugar alongside the ants. The food temperature fluctuates, which creates a breeding ground for bacteria. I wouldn't even recommend eating here if it meant sharing a meal with someone else. The location is terrible, especially since it's in a hospital. Consuming spoiled milk and other questionable items might even send you to a hospital room afterward. This Dunkin' should be shut down until they prioritize the health and safety of their customers.
The gentlemen working diligently at Bethesda's Dunkin' Donuts are truly remarkable. I’m feeling quite overwhelmed by the pain and distress that led me to the ER, but their friendly smiles, along with the coffee and donuts, made a difference. I happily gave them my only $5 bill—not that I’m wealthy, but they managed a long line with such a positive attitude!
Jordan, the Dunkin Barista, is truly fantastic! She makes the most delicious Matcha Lattes. More importantly, she always has a wonderful attitude. We really appreciate having her around!
During my visit, I noticed that the staff took out the trash and then attempted to serve me using the same dirty gloves. I reminded him to change his gloves, but he reacted quite rudely.
Service was nice and quick. The cashier had made a minor mistake but it was resolved quick and really. Thank you to the staff for being understanding and cooperative
