Bidrage med feedbackI been going to this dunkin since 2019 and I will finally find a new one the Hispanic lady in there is so rude I m cringing typing about her she always make me and my crew uncomfortable and lost our appetite she is really rude and nasty towardcustomers other wise I usto love coming in the afternoon now I start work at 6am so I'm there early but I will find a new dunkinstore to use now in the AM
The store located 3000 S Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 has awful customer service and Bad Management. The employees that work there are just downright lazy. Case in point- this morning at 5:39 AM went into a empty store with 1 person behindthe counter and 1 customer at the counter. The clerk takes the order, accepts the money, and walks away to fill the customer?sorder. Leaves me standing there waiting to place my order. Instead of taking my order and multi-tasking she is standing atthe oven waiting for an item to come out. The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. 1 minute standing there doing absolutelynothing but waiting for an item to come out of the oven. It is the only store in the Palm Beach County Area that only has oneperson working in the morning. Its always understaffed and extremely long wait times for items I may only spend $7,00 a dayon breakfast- but I spend that every day of the year. That?s roughly $2,500.00 a year. I will never go to that storeagain. THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS STORE IN PALM BEACH COUNTY
Cecilia, the hiring manager, is a wonderful person and an excellent leader. The restaurant is clean, and I haven't heard any complaints about the service or refunds. It's much quieter compared to other Dunkin' Donuts locations I've visited. Keep up the great work! I will definitely come back if I'm in the area again.
I wish I could give this place a zero. The service was absolutely terrible! The staff seemed untrained and didn’t care at all about the customers. I will never come back.
I recently moved into the neighborhood near this location and decided to stop by this morning. Unfortunately, I had to repeat my order to the cashier four times. The manager eventually intervened, but we had to repeat it three more times to her. Despite that, they still got our very simple coffee orders wrong. We decided to forgo ordering food because it seemed like it would take even longer. The manager mentioned she was training the cashier, which I understand and have no problem with. However, it would have been helpful for her to step in sooner, especially since the cashier was clearly struggling and customers were becoming impatient. I think I'll stick to Starbucks on my way to work, even if it’s a bit out of the way, as their service is better, quicker, and they serve much better basic coffee.
