Recently, they've been experiencing a shortage of staff, but it doesn't have a significant impact on the service. You can still count on your orders being correct. However, their selection can be quite limited in the afternoons, which can be disappointing. The store is kept clean, and the lattes are fantastic.
The staff at the restaurant are friendly, and mobile orders are typically ready on time, which is fantastic. However, lately, they’ve struggled to manage the rush between 7:30 and 8:00. They could use more help during this busy period, as wait times can sometimes exceed 15 minutes.
I've been coming here almost every day for two years, consistently ordering the same thing, but my experience has not matched the time and effort I've put in. Unfortunately, I wish there was another Dunkin' on my route to work, because the service here has been disappointing. I typically don’t complain, but my last few visits have been frustrating. For instance, I've asked for a plain toasted bagel, and twice it has been burnt, and other times it wasn’t even properly cut or toasted—it was just thrown in a bag. When I brought this up to the employee, she didn’t apologize or offer to make it right, despite my loyalty over the past year. Yesterday was the final straw. I had to leave my job and then return because my plain bagel came slathered in an excessive amount of cream cheese. Honestly, if the staff used less cream cheese, it would not only save the company money but also improve customer satisfaction. When I pointed this out, the employee simply made me another bagel and handed it to me without a bag. I spend $4.67 there every day, five days a week—that adds up to a significant amount of money over the year. I believe I deserve a bit more consideration, like having my food handed to me properly.
This location has went waaaay down hill in the last 3 years. Used to be my favorite location even with how busy it gets, I didn’t mind. But NEVER will come back again. Rude behind young girl behind the counter that messed up my sweet tea 4 times. Like how?? Then got the nerve to catch an attitude and making smart remarks when I walked back in for a remake. I let it go. Came back a different time same issue. Bad customer service! No “sorry I will accommodate that” or hello, thank you come again. They need corporate to step in
