Bidrage med feedbackOnce inside, the atmosphere was lively, with loud music and a crowded lounge dominated by two large groups. I managed to find an open couch, but while we were able to squeeze in, the table was too low for one person in our group to eat comfortably. I asked the manager if we could possibly sit at a regular table near the lounge, but my request was declined. Frustrated, I wanted to leave, but the person in the wheelchair didn’t want to create a scene, so we reluctantly stayed and sat at a regular table. I felt quite dismissed by the staff throughout the evening. We were also forced to order the same appetizers at double the price. While the food was decent, we won’t be returning. I cannot support a local establishment that doesn’t accommodate all its customers.
For our starters, the calamari with jalapeños and the stuffed shells were both delicious and flavorful. The angel hair bolognese and the stuffed mushrooms were decent, but not standouts. I ordered the roasted fig pizza, which was quite large—definitely too much for one person but perfect for sharing. Most of the portions were generous and could easily be shared family-style so that everyone could sample different dishes. We didn't get around to trying the special cheesecake or any desserts, but Dominick did tell us about a salted caramel cheesecake that sounded incredible. We'll make sure to save room for dessert next time!
We had an amazing experience celebrating my father's birthday! Both the food and service were outstanding. I had the baby arugula salad with truffle oil and grilled salmon, which was as tender as butter and paired perfectly with the truffle. My dad enjoyed the Sunday Gravy. I can't wait to return!
Okay, so we have read a number of internet research and review. Nice waitress, a real pleasure. The son of the owner/son duo (both owner). could be a touch on the warmer side, but he was nice enough, I'm going to distract it. It is important that food is unusually good and the service is great. Out of the way, but I say the trip. Very expensive and only one touch on the higher side of the average, but you get what you pay.
Had a wonderful time at baciami. It was fabulous from the time I walked in and was greeted by Steve to being served by Stormi and Matthew. I highly recommend coming here. They have a wonderful happy hour with a wide selection of drinks and food. We had the stone crab and they were fresh and delicious. If you want great food and service this is the place to go.
