Jintana Thai - Bowness-on-Windermere

We had a delicious lunch at this restaurant while visiting the Lake District. The decor is charming and the service was quick. We ordered the pad thai and massaman curry, both of which were tasty.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere and decor were lovely. However, the service was a little slow. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend it.

The atmosphere is great, and the sweet chili soup is delicious. It's even better than the Thai restaurant next door!

Yesterday the food was pretty average. Had the Jungle Curry with Tofu and it was okay.

Many options marked as vegetarian, but none as vegan. However, menu described ingredients well, for example that they contain coconut milk. This enabled informed decisions about what was free from milk and eggs. Alcohol not characterized as vegetarian or vegan. The staff is very nice and helpful so no doubt would like to help.
