Starbucks - Bowmanville

This is a good location for a diet and the service is fast and polite. I only have the problem that they do not fill up the cappuccino, so that the foam deflated. I was left with less than half a drink before I even wanted to stick it. additionally it is a very small parking space, so it is very busy navigating.

Thought I ordered 2 cookies but only got one. The server said I had only ordered 1. However was so so nice saying he could get me another. I declined, but he gave exceptional customer serviceI was impressed by the young man.

Went to get a drink today and was not in a rush! Put in my order and the line ended up taking a little longer then most would expect! When I got up to the window before I could even speak they apologized for the wait and let me know that the drink was on them! Amazing service and super friendly employees!

Been here a few times now and the staff are always so friendly! Blake took my order the other day and he was great. Every employee I've interacted with seems genuinely happy to be there!

New Bowmanville Starbucks recently opened where the old Bakers Dozen was. The store looks really nice and is much easier to access than the other location. There's plenty of chairs and tables to sit and do work and the design of the store is really modern. Glad to have a new option for those who don't live at the other end of town.
