Skylight Donuts - Bowmanville

The two women working were very rude and were unclear on how to order. It was my first time visiting this place and I did not know what I was doing. After parking to the side of the building to try and learn how to...order we were immediately yelled at and told we could not stop where we did. Terrible way to conduct business, we drove off immediately. I’m not giving them any money if they are going to treat their customers like that.

They have great coffee and donuts for you money. The donuts are fresh and actually a good size and the ladies that work there are fantastic. The ladies even remember you order if your a frequent customer

In the last months I went to skylight donuts to support local against big franchises. but I will not come back. the staff there is not pleasant. it does not seem to be eager to work, and should not be in a position where it stands with the customers. our last attempt was recently. my young son asked each time, why is this lady not nice? you can go to tim horton instead. I tried to explain that we support the locals, but in his little understood he couldn't rationalize why we would return, and now I can't.

I never knew about this place. just stayed because it was 20 or 30 cars for the place. very surprised. big donuts. bought a mix and match dozens and they were delicious. the staff is very nice and friendly.
