This place is an awesome and a must visit of you are anywhere near the Bowling Green area. It is worth the trip and you will not regret it. The food is a great mix of authentic Irish, Welsh and English dishes along with some interesting hybrid dishes and delicious burger/sandwich ideas. (I highly recommend the bangers and mash, an absolute favorite of mine). There is a full bar with a wide variety of cocktail options. Plenty of bear options from the standard fair to less common bear and a good choice of home brew options. Any bear on draft you can order a growler of to take home with you, a nice option if you have. A particular one you like and want to enjoy at home. The staff is amazing, always friendly ready to answer your questions and patient with indecisive children. Your food might take a little longer the arrive than at a typical sit down restaurant but I can assure you the quality to which the food is prepared is 100% worth the little extra wait. That extra wait is a result of the care an attention to how your food is being prepared. The decor is awosme giving you a real Irish pub vibe. The only negative comment I have about the place came from the men's rooms. As soon as I stepped into it to use the bathroom there was a foul sewage like odor that was pretty powerful and seemed to eminate from the tolite. I don't think this is a result of lack of cleaning on the staffs part. I suspect it's probably an issue with the cities plumbing system. Other than that one minor issue this place is absolutely perfect and amazing! Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is a little limited so during the lunch or dinner rush you might have trouble finding a place to park. But thay just speaks yo how popular this place is.
I would have given 5 stars to this place, but their outdoor seating area isn't wheelchair accessible. It was such a beautiful day, and sitting outside was the plan, but my mother uses a motorized wheelchair, and there is no ramp for the outdoor area. Aside from that, the food was amazing and the staff was attentive and friendly. Get the peach sangria if you like fruity adult beverages. But, if you're more of a beer person, this is definitely the place you want to go. Lots of great choices! Wheelchair accessibility: Indoor seating only, which is disappointing.
Picked this place because of the reviews and sat outside in the patio area. I wasn’t that impressed with the food, and the service was average. The atmosphere may be a little better if you have drinks, but the water and the diet drink both tasted terrible. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
