Starbucks Coffee - Bowling Green

They have some of the sweetest staff here. They’re always polite and in good spirits! My favorite Starbucks. Their staff keep me coming back every time

Customer service was very friendly. However they were extremely busy and miss wrote the name on my order and had me waiting for 15 minutes, which was 10 minutes past the time my order was ready. They did replaced my order even when I said it was fine. This location doesn’t have a lot space for the amount of customers but it is the friendliest location I have been to.

My girls and I always hit this place up when we visit Bowling green!!! It’s always amazing and the workers are very sweet too. Delicious,comforting, energizing coffee and food.

I ordered ahead, but they didn’t have my bakery item so they gave me two of a different bakery item instead! That was such a kind gesture and really brightened my day. It’s the little things. This is a good Starbucks to stop at for the groggy traveler :

Floor was very wet from mopping and wet floor signs were up. So it was a clean store. Seating was not allowed this time due to covid restrictions. Service was good even with high drivethru traffic. They didnt have any almond milk though, but coconut was good. Drinks were great!
