Gerard's 1907 Tavern - Bowling Green

Wonderful food. Wonderful service. Great atmosphere. Came passing through with friends- we ordered the queso and pita chips, BBQ burger on special, house salad, mashed potatoes, and a club sandwich. For dessert we split the brownie. Everything came in a timely fashion, our drinks were continuously filled, and our server was friendly and helpful! If we ever pass through again, this will be the place we come to!

We went there on a Thursday evening. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff and absolutely great food. We had crab cakes for an appetizer and they were outstanding. He had the ribeye for dinner and wow, it was cooked perfectly. I had the filet mignon and it was magnificent. Dessert was vanilla creme brûlée and chocolate brownie. Omg... so good! Highly recommend this place. For what you pay elsewhere (like next door in the 'cap ' basement , you get much better food!

I found this place online when I was trying to find somewhere to take my boyfriend for his birthday and needed a vegetarian option for me. We got here and the veggie wrap was no longer on the menu. I panicked a little but they were super nice for me, still made me a veggie wrap and it was delicious and my boyfriend got to enjoy a burger that he raved about! Good food is great but great service speaks volumes!

Our food was fantastic. I really loved the fusion of flavors on the tuna special. My husband's steak was perfectly cooked, some thing we have not experienced outside of a steakhouse in Bowling Green. I highly recommend Gerards

This is a fantastic little tavern and restaurant. My wife and I are not very keen on alcohol, and the waitress April was able to provide us drinks that were truly enjoyable. Had a chicken Caesar salad each with the Dark and Stormy and Vette City drinks. No complaints at all. Wonderful.
