Garcia's Grill - Bowling Green

Passing through from Austin, I stopped in for dinner. So glad I chose this restaurant over Chuy's. I was greeted and seated promptly. Service was friendly and attentive. The margarita was well made and the salsa was authentic and tasty. I ordered Taco Loco tacos. Sautéed poblanos, beef and onions, served with quac, pico and tasty black beans. Delicious. The dining room is lovely with comfortable seating. If I lived in Bowling Green, I would be a regular.

Yummy! They have great Mexican food! It's a little more upscale than your normal restaurant and I enjoy the change every once in a while. Definitely a must try if you love Mexican food!

Upscale Mexican restaurant. Maybe a little pricy for the offerings but a good choice.

I ordered a grilled grouper. It was worst fish I have ever had. The fish is definitely NOT grilled in any standard. I am sorry but you spoiled my grouper. Why don't you simply deep fry it to make it even worse!?

So frustrating when advertised hours don't match up to reality. So apparently Garcia's is not open on Monday nights, meaning I'll be be acting elsewhere tonight... and maybe next time too.
