Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We were short on time, and it took at least seven minutes for anyone to come to our table. They never answer the phone for takeout orders, and the app doesn't work at all. It's the kind of place you'd only return to because there aren't any other options available.

This was my first experience with food delivery, and I chose Cracker Barrel because they’re known for their breakfast items, which I thought would be a safe bet. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The gravy was missing, the ham and biscuits were undercooked and lacked browning. The eggs were overcooked too; I had ordered them over medium but they came out hard. To make matters worse, the bag wasn’t sealed properly; the seal was only used to attach the receipt. I don’t think I’ll be trying delivery again anytime soon.

I visited this restaurant with my family and found it quite busy. The staff was friendly, and we were seated promptly. However, the meal was disappointing. The burger was dry, the bun was tough, and the fries were undercooked. There seems to be some work needed in the kitchen. Additionally, the men's restroom could have used a good cleaning. I'm going to have to think twice before returning, as there are plenty of other options available.

We had not been here for a while. So took our three grandsons for a lunch outing. It was noon but they wanted breakfast, what a great time to visit. The CB was very full but service was right on and fast. The boys 14,12,10 each ordered their b-fast and consumed it completely. I had the meatloaf, mashed pots ,carrots and biscuits with brown gravy. My wife had a special with chicken/cheesy/broccoli, with fried apples, and hash brown casserole and biscuits, All five totally enjoyed their meal.

The wait was very long. The service was great we had a group of 10 and our server was awesome. I got meatloaf and was disappointed it was dry and all I could taste was the peppers. I love meatloaf I know not to order it again.
