They only give you two sauces ? (they charge for any extra). And the meals are already more expensive anyway. Cashiers were not as nice, friendly, and smiley.

Unfathomably long lines for just okay output. Not bad, per se, just not worth the wait when Steak-N-Shake has half the line and is ten feet away.

Good for campus cfa. Meals are fresh and line moves pretty fast!

Haven't a bad experience at this one. My order has always been correct and the staff is very nice. WKU keeps it beyond cleaner than a normal Chick-fil-A. The dedication to service for the students is outstanding. Even when it's lunch rush, they make sure to get you through the line quickly while maintaining the quality of their service.

I usually love going to chick fil la on campus, it?s one of my favorite restaurants no matter how long the line is. But today the workers attitudes were something else. I ordered nuggets from the value menu and when they called my name I looked in the bag and noticed it wasn?t my order. When I told the lady it wasn?t mine she told she would ?have to get rid of it? because my ?hands touched all over the food?. I waited for them to give me the order I originally got when I noticed they were giving people that were 13 spots behind me. When the lady that was in front of me got her correct order I told the worker that I still didn?t get my food. When I told her my name she continued to complain about how ?she already said my name?. I know it?s hard working with food because of customers attitudes but it?s a completely different story when I?m trying to be patient with you after you confused my order and then proceed in not giving me my order and getting an attitude.
