The manager needs to hire more staff. There is literally one person working with a line out the door. She tried calling for help but no one would answer her call. You can’t run a business and expect customers to visit your establishment if you only have one employee working, especially on a holiday.
I've been going to this place for a while but this was the first for me. A worker named Amber was talking about her toenails very loudly in the restaurant. When we first came in she was also constantly loudly complaining about another worker needing to get there so she could go home. And over all, that wasn't a good experience. From her being rude to her being loud and disgustingly talking about her toenails, it made me not want to go back into that subway unless she wasn't there.
Ciara made some amazing subs. Very patient and courteous.
Horrible at customer service....never answer the phone to accept detailed modification since they don't allow it on the app!! Food is probably worse just due to
