Doc Morgan's Marina Pub & Restaurant

We came by boat to Bowen Island with friends to have lunch. We had a big crowd (10 people). We arrived and they arranged a table for us. Service was good and food was very good. Most had Fish and Chips (I did) and it was delicious! A couple of the others had the chicken club and they said it was very tasty too.Would not hesitate to recommend Doc Morgan's for a VERY casual lunch

I had the Fish Tacos which lacked some zing so I asked for hot sauce. It was Ok. There was a large group of us and the service was excellent. Nice spot to relax on the deck by the water.

The best part was Claire, our waitress. What a pro. She seated us, told us about the wait due to a large party. Turned out not to be so long. Then, we got attention like we were some bodies.The food was quite good and the drinks were reasonably priced. Kelly ordered hors de ourves: shrimp big enough to require two bites. Fish and chips were good.Third time here for good reason

We arrived docked our boats and headed for one of Bowen Islands favorite . Had their burger and fries ,excellent as usual . Great decks to eat on ,upstairs or downstairs ,some inside seating for the offseason.

We stayed at the Union Steamship Marina and visited this restaurant for late lunch. My wife had a shrimp salad and I had halibut and fries. The halibut was OK but a small portion unlike other places we have eaten at. The salad was average as was the grilled shrimp. My side order of onion rings was the best part. Just an average place at above average prices. I would not describe it as a "tourist trap" but the prices are a bit high.
