Located in a strategic position within the town villa. Too bad for service and we were lucky with the waiter who served us) slow service, at least one hour waiting, Neapolitan type pizza, high cornice, low and soft. They don't have an ATM. Well yes, in 2023 there are those who have no ATMs and only accept cash.

I went to this place with my family to eat a pizza. I begin by saying that the waiter (a totally inexperienced guy) brought us 2 menus in 4 people. After taking orders we bring the appetizer, after which we remain waiting for pizzas...after a half hour and several tables served before us we ask explanations, we are told that since they had brought us before the starters were bringing the pizzas to the other tables. We have more time, we ask for explanations again and we are told that our order had not just arrived so the pizzas were not even cooking. After about an hour the blessed pizzas arrive, among other things burned. At the time of paying we ask to have at least one discount for the error committed, not only is it denied to us in a rude and out of line, but in checking the receipt we also find that the price of a pizza was wrong: on the menu was marked 7 euros but the waiter had put it to 8 euros. When I pointed out the thing, the waiter justified himself saying that the label with the new price had jumped... but look at it. Also do not charge you with the ATM because the pos is not working, sin that the pos is mandatory... Also we paid 1,50 euros per head for the covered and they didn't even bring us bread... In summary, avoid this place: slow service, poor education and lack of humility in recognizing a mistake and trying to remedy with the customer.

Negative experience to say little! I went to this place on Saturday night with my family and they made us sit at a small table near the bathroom. On four people brought us 2 menus to choose the courses and after a few minutes the boy arrived to take the order that proved highly inexperienced due perhaps even at age. We decide to order a menu of appetizers that on the menu report the price of 15€, but it is not specified if the price is per person or for how many people it is. As lactose intolerant I decided to order then a simple pizza “Crudo” requiring the boy to remove the mozzarella and add the grain scales. The waiting time for both courses was long and on the phone they also told us to present us on time to be served immediately. We arrive at the pizza, introduces the boy with a pizza with mozzarella, raw and grain. I point out that that was not my pizza and the boy with gravy makes me make it only that even the second pizza that I bring was wrong because it was a focaccia without tomato and with a bust of Parmesan put on instead of the scales of grana. Then we arrive to complete the work with the account, we present ourselves in cash and after a different time comes a boy to account for us. The receipt does not report the voices of the course, but only random prices like 60€ I think of appetizer that were not specified on the menu but then the most serious thing in 2023 is that we ask to pay with the POS and we are answered “but the boy did not warn you that we do not have the POS!”. To this statement it was difficult to keep calm but really it is possible that there are still places that work like this? If there had been a sign with the alert outside the safe club we would not have entered, but they play on this. Everything out of normal, never again!

Fantastic place and fantastic pizza. We often go there both in summer sitting outdoors at the cool of the Villa Comunale di Bovino (wonderful country to visit being one of the most important villages of the Dauni Mountains) and in winter inside the extremely warm and welcoming wood room. A fabulous Neapolitan pizza, with beautiful high cornice and alveolato as from Neapolitan art. Na fresh pummarola that caresses the palate to every bite in an intense hug with the milk white mozzarella. A tasteful experience, if you close your eyes you are in the historic center of Naples. Pettoline and cheese are ideal as a starter. Prices irresistible considering the quality and everything that the local offers. The staff is friendly, quick to serve, very kind and very organized as few other pizzerias in the area. It's a fixed date for us. How to get to Naples. All superlative.
