Bidrage med feedbackI was a couple times and really liked it, but it's changed and eating has hardly tasted. so I'm not going back.
I have ordered a prawn king prawn meal box and I have reciwve a chicken. When I asked if I can somehow swap it as I ordered it at 8pm. I was told that maybe I think an egg is a chicken and they are sure that they have gave me a box full of king prawns. After long time like 2100 after food arrived I decided that I want my money back o was said that clients are always confused and they never make a mistakes the tone of a voice was not nice and I was told that they don't make a mistakes and don't have complains. I don't know if you can see a prawn even single one than I'm happy to say oi was worng but I decided not to get a replacement as it would arrive late after 2200 so I would be in bed. After 2115 drive was still driving around and they said they can't give me my money back I have to go to jsitesr and get my money back from them. Maybe that's fair but saying that clients are always confused when it's definitely a chicken and not a piece of egg is in the big or a prawn and being rude talking to client it's just to much. I would never order a food form them. I regret I didn't check reviews before I have ordered. Another box was ok and food was tasty but when you get not what it supposed to be be prepared that they don't care about happy client they'll send a replacement after two hours and blame.a client that he is confused.
I have enjoyed ordering their meals in the past and had no problems even when the food wasn't that great at times. But had the worse experience yesterday. I ordered through their website, paid for it but got no delivery confirmation. when I called to enquire I was told there was a problem with ordering from the website. The lady on the phone was very dismissive and unpleasant. She was insistent if I had ordered from just eat I won't have issues. As if it was my fault their service wasn't working. She would not offer any help or try to resolve the issue but rather gave me her manager's number, which happened to be off. Then they asked I send him a WhatsApp message instead, which I did with screenshot of the order and payment. still got no reply even from a manager. its been 24hrs now and no response, no refund. This is simply appalling and I'm definitely taking it up with the umbudsman. You will be hearing from me!!!
The staff are very rude. I ordered food and then the staff went out into the back before I could order more for my boyfriend when a guy finally came out I said excuse me multiple times to get his attention and he looked at me and walked into the back room to talk with the rest of the staff.
The vegan food is disgusting. 19 quid for two bland noodle dishes, one of the worst takeaways I've ever had
