Bidrage med feedbackThis is a great restaurant for lunch and more, serving delicious food. we stopped by while on holiday nearby and using my "one street back" rule. I've tried restaurants on the main street before, but most have been disappointing. This place specializes in pizzas, which I usually don't go for, but the spicy one I tried was the best I've ever had. The staff is friendly and efficient, and sitting on the terrace on a sunny day adds to the pleasant experience.
My wife and I decided to stop by this restaurant for a light snack in the early afternoon. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and our waiter, George, was extremely polite and helpful. He knows how to communicate effectively with customers and ensure they have a pleasant experience. He sets a high standard for service and is a great example for his coworkers to follow. I would suggest that the management make every effort to keep him on their team as he is truly an asset to the industry. The restaurant has a clean, uncluttered atmosphere with views overlooking the Lower Gardens. I would recommend this place to everyone.
During a visit to bournemouth, I was quiet envy the people sat outside the terrace enjoy the sun, then to my joy I discovered a free table. so close to the beach and the pavillon, they might expect this to be a tourist trap, but. I thought it would be wonderful with very reasonable trips and incredibly friendly staff. there was no pressure to buy on food, but when I said one of the sharing records sounded good, immediately my beautiful waiter offered to arrange a smaller part who lived completely up to my hope. I have terrace to my list of have to go back soon.
Great food, especially catering for young children. HUGE portions too. Excellent attentive service and no-messing' turn around. I suggest that the Bistro part is advertised more publicly; perhaps another board on the steps up to the place because from the Gardens footpath it gives...an impression of only being a Bar.
Rocked up here on a sunny Friday late afternoon/early evening, bit of a random last minute decision but the massive posters with GIN written on it definitely swayed us! The staff were lovely the location was perfect, service was on point and we only were...there for a couple large G&T’s such a cool and fun place to be if the suns shinning by far one of the best spots in the city! Manager/owner even pulled a table out of know where when we rocked up with no obvious seating (because they were full) but he just pulled one out of thin air like he was ready for us. Honestly such a good evening there could have sat all night.
