Probably one of the worst McDonalds ever been too. Always serve short on size of fries despite people complaining all the time

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, not just once but twice. The first time, a takeaway order was missing an item and yesterday, my Uber Eats delivery was missing two items. When I called the manager at McDonald's Castle Point, it felt like he didn't care at all. His attitude was very disappointing.

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap which tasted and smelt like nail glue! Made me feel absolutely terrible and throw up on the bus home. Don’t recommend.

The McDonald's at Castlepoint requires consistent and regular housekeeping checks at all times. The number of customers, especially families and children, exceeds the number of employees cleaning and tidying up the seating area. While the area is small, cleanliness is vital for the hygiene standards of the fast food chain. We kindly ask the manager or franchise owner to address this issue. A thorough check of the restaurant's cleanliness would be greatly appreciated by customers who visit for a quick meal. Thank you.

Had morning breakfast here yesterday and was helped by a lovely lady staff on how to use the preorder machine. Venue is clean and staff brings food to you. Great service. Thank you!
