Circo Lounge - Bournemouth

I frequent Circo Lounge in Westbourne often, and overall it provides a good variety of food at fair prices. Occasionally, they may not have every item on the menu available, which is understandable. However, during my most recent visit, there was a mistake with my order. Although it was eventually corrected, there was no apology offered. Afterward, we were ignored and left with a dirty table while the staff member enjoyed a drink at the bar and socialized with colleagues. Everyone makes mistakes, but a simple apology can go a long way in resolving issues. Taking the extra step to clean the table would have been much appreciated.

I arrived first to find a table, the Lounge was quiet so I sat in quiet until my colleagues arrived. We had coffee and cake and felt unheard and the service was speedy and kind

Have always found the staff here to be exceptional. They are extremely friendly and customer focused. They are what sets the lounge apart and makes it such a great place to visit. Great food, wonder setting and brilliant people. They have got it 100% right. Thanks you for such memorable experiences.

Circo Lounge almost gets it right with good food, reasonably priced drinks, good music, and average service. However, with the recent increase in prices, they may be losing their edge. They could benefit from improving their service standards.

The food was delicious as always, but we noticed an increase in prices and a decrease in portion sizes. The staff, however, were friendly and hardworking.
