Casa Gourmex Mexican - Bournemouth

The Cuban sandwich is 5* this small place is on our last trip to bournemouth after they have read all great reviews. the owner was friendly and informative. he left my daughter and I try his homemade juices, the hibiscus, is delicious. will definitely come back when we visit again.

Fantastic authentic Mexican place. Incredible food that rivals anywhere I've been. A wide selection to try from and they even make their own drinks! Definitely recommend and will be going again.

Walked past and had a whiff of something familiar and exciting. Had to make sure we try something even after lunch. Ended up trying what we could and wish we had more. Tio F sent me down memory lane... like how my dad used to cook. We had Tostada, Beef Tacos and finally the Cuban Sandwich and boy we're glad we had it here for the first time. The pork is so aromatic and tender. The beef tacos were like nothing we've had before, just amazing. Tostada with Chicken eat fresh, so so good. Can't wait to go back.

The food here was absolutely incredible. I got a variety of things (chicken, beef and pork tacos, chicken quesadilla and pork sandwich) because I’d heard good things and couldn’t decide on what to go for. Francisco was so welcoming and friendly and had so much information to share about authentic Mexican cuisine. I can’t fault any of the food we chose, it was all delicious and was easily the best Mexican food I’ve had in the UK. Francisco also had some homemade drinks with mixed berries and rice water which were so flavourful and is more than happy to make the food to your taste. It’s now the only place I’ll go for Mexican in town!
